Tracie and Dr. Dickens were both wonderful at our consultation. I felt like we’ve been going there for years instantly. My 5 year old walked in feeling a little anxious and within minutes was at ease and can’t wait to go back, ha! I appreciate Dr. Dickens conservative approach. He laid out our plan clearly so both my son and I understand the expectations.
